        This location is chaotic. The line flow is messy and unorganized. Once ordered, the waiting area for your order is cramped and awkward. The staff are friendly, but are obviously stressed and need support in some way. Food preparation is inconsistent, drinks are poorly made and ordered items are frequently missed causing more crowding while people wait for their orders. I come here often out of convenience as there arent many places in the area. With prices comparable to Starbucks at this point, Tim Hortons needs to focus on consistency and quality in their products. I compare to Starbucks because they are commercially equal with Tims, and have mastered flow and consistency throughout all their locations. You know what youre going to get, which is not the case with Tim Hortons.

        Been to this Tim Hortons a few times and its always been terrible. I feel like the workers hate being there and treat their customers like we are the problem. They are supposed to close at 11pm I went their tonight at 10:10 and dinning room closed. I couldnt sit and enjoy my coffee. There was no food. And I went outside and they shutdown at 10:40. 20 mins before closing. I wont be coming back here again
