Terrible service. I ordered JR tickets for my wife and I through this office. I received a call from them shortly after asking me to confirm some details, including the spelling of our names. This was because their website application system is awful. I spelled them out, they spelled it back, everything was good. Received the tickets a little while later and saw that my wife's name was misspelled. They used a C instead of a K. When I called to talk about it, they told me it was my mistake and I would have to pay to have it fixed. I told them no, there's absolutely no way I would spell my wife's name with a C, how could they confuse a "kay" sound and a "see" sound, how the cost of fixing was on them, etc. They refused to accept responsibility and told me if I wanted it fixed, I would have to pay them. We spent a significant amount of money on these - you'd think there would be a better system than what they have.

Extremely rude receptionist. She hung up on me while I was still on the phone with her. I can imagine the kind of service they will be providing. Thanks JTB.
