We used FIIX for our CMMS needs for serval years. We had to move on to another service because of problems with their mobile platform. They are demanding that we pay for another years service because of changes to the TOS after the company was purchased by Rockwell automation.

The application might be good for very large organizations. It is not that easy to configure and use. It is expensive on a per user subscription license. Watch it, they have a 60-day!!!! cancellation notice requirement before it auto renews or seat changes. I will have to say that the support is poor and basically no training. They do have some videos. It would be good if they had either very low cost lic for people that only need to receive a work order or for external trades to receive some sort of email notice of a job that needs to be done. And good luck trying to get someone on the line. I have never spoken to anyone other that the initial sales person, of course then they always call. But no follow ups after.

THIS IS A REAL REVIEW ... unlike the rest ... It might be a great service, I don't know because I couldn't get past basic uploading of supply manifests, when you talk to their tech support they just copy and paste from the help articles, they have no real knowledge or experience about how their program works. Terrible experience!
