        Had an injury at work and have been off for three months. Due to the nature of my job I was not able to get modified work duties my case manager checked in on me regularly made sure I was taken care of. Now Im back on my feet very relieved that we have this organization!! I was very stressed when I was first injured but my experience was very positive Thank you!

        WSIB lives in the past they need to catch up to 2023 and stop wasting time. Now the website is down so I guess that means an extension in submitting documents.

        The two gentlemen I dealt with today were extremely professional and helpful in getting things setup. They were both informative and made sure I had all the information I needed as we went. Dont let some of the negative reviews scare you. Some people become upset due to the nature of their situations and the staff should not be lumped into this category. Theyre doing the best they can
