Been a customer for a few years while my mother has been a customer with them for over 30 years while she worked with the Ontario government. Excellent customer service by phone and email. The client representatives are very personable and take the time to go through detailed information with you and share tips! Cons: -Very little interest can be accumulated with the accounts offered. - Sending e-transfers are not free. - Dormant fees

"Crooks" Money was stolen from my account by this credit union via Dormant Fees. Charges would only be reversed if I provided all my personal information again. Why would they need all my information again if I am already a customer and they were already extorting fees without my knowledge? My advice is not to join. You have been warned.

Horrible experience when attempting to contact them by phone. Have been waiting for the next representative for a significant period of time. However During my initial attempt I eventually was put through only to have the phone ring and ring with no answer. I have been a member for years this is the worst service I have ever experienced . Rated the organization as a one only because this was the lowest rating possible.

My family have been members of this credit union since the 70s, from when it was Provincial Alliance. I closed all of my accounts with major banks and now do all of my banking here. My savings in fees alone is a huge reason why I bank as a member with this credit union.
