Not a full service bank. Unless you are looking for a mortgage. The ATM is also frequently not working. Dont waste your time going to this location.

I cannot say enough amazing things about Peter Petrini. It is so rare to have someone so professional and responsive working at a financial institution. I had so many bad experiences with other companies prior to calling this branch and reaching Peter. No matter what the outcome, I was satisfied knowing that he had gone above and beyond the efforts of others. It's looking positive for the outcome we were hoping for so that is just icing on the cake. Thank you Peter. Your kindness is appreciated.

Its a bank. I want to bank. I dont want/need advice. All the other locations downtown are not accessible by car. Please open back up for teller services. I dont understand why you havent when most other businesses have. If you are not going to re-open for actual banking then close the branch and move your advice to another location. Dont waste on overhead. There has been zero communication with the members that live locally and the general public about when you will be re-opening or what is happening with the location (outside of a piece of paper on the door mentioning that the location is an advice centre). Please be transparent about whats happenings and put out a statement, mail us something, or send us an email newsletter, so members can choose how they may want to move forward based on whats going on. I love credit unions and I love meridian. I have been with the credit union for many many years. I am very proud to be a member. I am an advocate for credit unions and always encourage people to switch due to the personal nature of a credit union. I am not just a customer/another number. I am human and generally treated as such. I am a member of the family. I have had good experiences at this location and I wish to continue to develop a relationship with the credit union in my community that I live and work. There are clearly things happening behind the scenes that I am not privy to but I am unfortunately getting a little impatient. Any sort of communication about what is happening would be greatly appreciated. The way this has continued makes me feel like the credit union has lost track of what made it a credit union. The members want answers. The members want a say. The members want to be heard. I feel terrible writing this on a public forum but even speaking on the phone with employees or folxs at other locations no one knows whats going on. Thats a problem that needs to be fixed. Decisions need to be made and thats fine but transparency and communication is of the upmost importance. Thank you

Sharon Lendor-Belfon you are extremely professional. I have not received such customer service anywhere else. I just thought you worked well. You wanted to help me, you followed up on me, and as it looks you set a reminder to get back to me. You were doing your job, yes but if i am this excited about you doing your job, imaging how many people aren't doing their job. I am happy with this service. unfortunate not everyone is like this. I am very appreciative of this service. I hope they realize how good of a worker you are. It was my pleasure to leave this review.
