        While we love Dr. Garfield, his patient philosophy and his trainees, it is impossible to get though on the phone and can take days to get a reply

        Great doctor! As new parents, we had lots of questions. Doctor Garfield listened to us patiently and provided suggestions! However, there is some room for improvement for the receptionist's customer service, especially when booking the appointment.
