I dont know why this practice has some of the reviews it does. Dr. Dalgorf is super nice, friendly, informative and he even made some funny jokes!! He took time to explain the results of my test with me, and even entertained my likely annoying questions. He was patient and compassionate and honest. I really appreciated his approach and would recommend him to anyone!

If you ever get referral here. Just find another healthcare professional. I had some issues in december. Got appointment for ENT in March. 2-4 days before the appointment, admin called and said that the appointment was pushed a month later. I didnt make a fuss about it. But well, it is so sad that i wasnt given attention to. Furthermore, now my appointment is due soon and no one would even pick up the call. I am stuck with this doctor now. Anyway i ll update this if i get to see the doctor

I had a very good experience with Dr. Dalgorf and his team; I found them all exceedingly attentive, knowledgeable and empathetic. That being said they are just as busy/overburdened as all healthcare workers are in this city are, so I can see how a patient who does not respect the teams time or rules would decide to write a negative review - they are very busy but they manage their patients with care and professionalism.

Great doctor very personable and pleasant to talk to. He was very confident when using diagnostic equipment and had a good ability to explain his diagnosis. I'd recommend him.

Dr. Dalgorf would be my last choice for ny next visit if only all other doctors disappear. I had negative experience, twice. Being his patient it's like you have no doctor. He is dismissive, rushes you out of the office, not listening your concerns. Some review mentioned that race or nationality may be the case. I felt either my nationality/accent played against me or the problem, which he literally did not want to acknowledge. While waiting at the reception I heard him talk nicely for about 20 min with other 2 patients, and when it was my turn, my visit shortened to 7 min. If I wasn't insistent it would be shorter. For my symptoms of a foreign object in the throat/nose area, which could be cancer as well, he prescribed first time corticosteroid spray, when I returned second time because it stopped working, prescription was for GERD (acid reflux) even though there were no other symptoms associated with stomach acid. What does it tell about his professionalism? 1. He didn't like me. 2. He doesn't know clinical symptoms of the diseases. 3. My problem (according to him) is very small and doesn't deserve his attention. 4. He just throws word "cancer" carelessly and refers for a CT scan with 2,5 month wait time. Would you choose this doctor to help you??? If you are lucky enough to be diagnosed with cancer then maybe..
