Receptionist Sonya is by far worst person for her job, she should be fired.... Never responsive, always rude and dismissive.... She is terrible and miserable at her job

In my experience, Dr. Vadas is overrun by patients and doesn't give you the time of day to critically analyze your symptoms. He does a basic glance at bloodwork, doesn't analyze patterns when you've been experiencing this for nearly a decade, and doesn't discuss with you what you're experiencing to a degree to effectively help, instead tries to refer you to other practitioners who you've already seen and haven't helped either. But if data can show up years later after being assessed, by those same types of practitioners, then why wouldn't he mention that? How in the world is a patient supposed to find the proper help they need? Autoimmune is a puzzle and he's not willing to help you figure it out unless it slaps him in the face. He requires you to research the medication he prescribes and his impatience over the phone is quite evident. Last time I checked, everyone's time is just as important as another's, not just doctors. There is so much lack of compassion and empathy, he leaves you feeling empty and alone in your struggle to find optimal health and to subside your symptoms. What kind of doctor prescribes medications, but doesn't explain the risks? The office is ridiculously difficult to book an appointment, and it's always 3 months in advance. Absolutely appaulled by this medical system. It's a joke.

I've just had 1 appointment with him, he's a very compassionate doctor who really listens and also is a great interviewer, guiding you to tell him what he needs when having had a very complex few months of symptoms. He's really listened to me and I finally feel heard after months of fearing for my life. Office very hard to get ahold via calls, voice-mail (box often full/left unresponsed to), and emails to reception are not replied to. Has taken weeks to rebook appointments that were meant to have had in shorter time frames. Initial appointment was booked 4 weeks after referral for multiple anaphylaxis episodes in 1 month period.
