I have had so many issues with this office over the years. The staff never have answers and are extremely rude. They say they are going to do something and they don't. It got to the point I had to take to the head staff. However, on top of that my physician just up and left with NO communication and they don't have anyone back filling so I am now without a doctor. This is crazy and unethical and in the wrong.

2023: its so difficult to get an appointment here because no one ever picks up the phone. The staff badgers you on the phone regarding your medications and thats absolutely not ok. My medications are between me and my doctor. The appointment wait list is a mess. The new online portal is buggy at best and downright inaccessible normally. What happened high park health centre??? Previous Five Star Review: This is a fully accessible clinic with doctors accepting new patients. They do not have the special medical exam table for those with full body disabilities but everything else is accessible. In house blood clinic. Counselling available. The reception staff and technicians are all wonderful!
