I walked into employees standing around. I asked two employees for help. Each spoke into their headsets and said someone was coming. After 15 minutes of watching everyone just stand around, I walked out and went to Canada Computers.

I spent $700 on a ps5 that was supposed to come with a digital voucher for God of War Ragnarok- which it didnt. After speaking to Best Buy support line they suggested that it was taken out from the original box. When I told the customer service at the stockyards location that they should launch an internal investigation regarding a $95 dollar voucher they laughed behind my back.(Middle eastern girl in training) I ultimately received a ripped copy of the voucher and was asked to test it there. The illogical service and unprofessionalism will make me never shop at this company again.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Best Buy to purchase two devices and three mobile plans, and I must say that the management and staff went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation for the outstanding service I received, particularly from the store manager, who exemplified exceptional care and consideration. From the moment I entered the store, I was greeted by a friendly and knowledgeable team. They took the time to understand my requirements and provided expert guidance on the devices and plans that would best suit my family's needs. Their expertise and attention to detail truly made the purchasing process smooth and stress-free. What truly amazed me, however, was the manager's thoughtful gesture during the holy month of Ramadan. When they learned that my family and I were fasting, they went out of their way to make us feel appreciated and comfortable. Not only did they ensure our needs were met efficiently, but they also surprised us with a selection of snacks to break our fast. This act of kindness and consideration left a lasting impression on me and made me feel truly valued as a customer. Overall, Their outstanding customer service, attention to detail, and consideration during Ramadan made me feel valued and appreciated. I highly recommend this store to anyone seeking a superior shopping experience, where professionalism, expertise, and kindness converge. Kudos to the Best Buy management. Thank you for making my purchasing experience an unforgettable one.
