        I've been getting help, it's great and the service is amazing. I've only had understanding assistants. My problem is with the communication, I never get calls and I can't access my benefits. Everytime I try to sign in it doesn't help. Especially since I'm not available during days to accept calls. Not to mention idk how to communicate when I can't answer calls and can't access online services. Maybe email should be an option.

        As a landlord, I found Bill N. most helpful in attempting to resolve a processing flaw in the file of one of my tenants who is on the programme. We both understand that Privacy for the tenant is paramount, so I did not request nor did he offer any privileged information, but aided me through the process so that I can take the next step to resolve our predicament. Well done Bill!
