The last time I reviewed this agency I had the hopes they would change and do better, it is unfortunate that they still have not improved on anything. I called and asked to speak to a lady I had spoken to and was told to leave a message and she would get back to me. Its been 5 months now and no one has responded to any of my calls, emails or voicemails. I had high hope with this agency but I don't know anymore - One of the managers even said I should call once I arrive in Toronto from Calgary but when I did reach out it was a different experience - they are quick to send job postings giving you the impression that they are willing to help but then leave you high and dry. I hope this agency improves the way it handles applicants and how fast and efficient their responses are to those that need their services. Do better Roberthalf

Worst recruiting staff Called in multiple times a day never answered. Emailed me with job opportunities if I can go for an interview and never came back for confirmation. Never replied left countless voicemails Wasted 1 hour screening me when I first signed up with Robert half and they never helped me

Did my interview for an entry-level AML position, got the job (unofficially), but my recruiter named Harneet Banga was unbelievably unprofessional that I chose not to accept it. She emailed me ~10PM on a Thursday night to schedule an interview the day after. Fine. She said she was going to call me at 10AM to prep, but called me at ~9AM & ~11AM TWICE cause shes running late blah blah. Fine. After my interview on Friday, she said Ill be hearing back on Monday. She calls me on the weekend like 5 times. I dont answer bc of personal reasons + you told me Id be hearing back on Monday (hello?) On Monday, she calls me again like 10 times beginning at 8AM. I was so turned off at this point, I was just like yeah withdraw my application. Mind you, she NEVER thought about just leaving a voicemail OR emailing despite having my info on hand. Its a pity really, Robert Half seems like such a good agency but recruiters like this, who are obviously just trying to get the commission ruin it for everyone.

I was so happy with the placement that Kevin from Robert Half had for me. The people were so wonderful to work with and extremely friendly and helpful. The was busy, which was wonderful I can truly say it was one of the best companies that I have had the pleasure to work for. Many thanks to Kevin for find this position for me.
