I was referred to Paul back in 2021. He made promises to me. I called him help me out of a malicious and false lawsuit filed against my deceased husband's estate in a contestation of his now deceased father's will, by his own step mother, half sister and her friend. Paul said he would help me fight the allegations that I did not have to bow out of the case because dead people can't be charged. I asked him how long it would take to handle this. He 12 months give or take a few months. 17 months later the truth that he was never working for me, double talking, sent me to dangerous places to get evidence that resulted in me getting assaulted, and now denying his promises has come to light. He's demanding I pay for mediation out of pocket while everyone else gets to double dip in estate funds to get their mediation fees paid. To add insult to injury we had many conversations about countersuing the family and he kept saying I can't now he's saying it would have cost more. This is going on right now. The charges he promised to get dismissed so my kids can get their inheritance. He said it would help to get the charges dropped so they could get their inheritance. The charges are still pending as he walks away from me because I don't have $4000 for mediation. I have not been able to work since getting assaulted. My income is CCB and survivor benefits $2000/month for 2 kids.I'm using this money to pay him monthly out of pocket$4500 total and he billed me an extra$8000. And the limitation to countersue passed last year. I don't recommend this firm because they're the type to kick you down when you're already down. GIVE ME MY DOCUMENTS PAUL ADAM.

I have found Garry Wise to be both a highly competent and compassionate lawyer. I highly recommend him.

I wish I could recommend Garry if youre looking for legal help. I found Garry to be unknowledgeable, difficult to communicate with and not forthcoming. His website claims dedicated caring, professionals however my experience was the opposite. He overcharged us for incomplete disbursements that other lawyers gave us for free. My whole experience with Garry set me back a couple of weeks. I would recommend looking elsewhere for a lawyer.
