College HealthChoice Centre (Family practice & Walk-In clinic)

My dad came to this clinic 3 times for 3 weeks regarding an issue that was not going away, no tests were done just different medications given hoping it would go away. 3rd time I went with him and told the doctor for all tests to be done. I even said his skin color didn't look right, all the doctor did was type on his computer and not acknowledge at all. I guess when you are older, they don't care as much. I'm not a doctor and I figured out what the issue was. So went to the hospital and I was correct, dad in the hospital now, and doctors in the hospital said if tests had been done earlier, it wouldn't have been a bigger issue, the hospital said his skin color should have been noticed by the doctors on his previous visits. Tests should always be done when it can't be figured out, just to rule out anything, I'm not a doctor and I know that. Terrible, Terrible place.

Dr. Msika is great which is the only thing I like about this clinic. The receptionists however are the worst. They never take calls and do not respond to voice messages. I have been calling and leaving messages with no reply. Been waiting for their feedback on a Derma appointment they are meant to book. Poor service from them.

Really bad experience especially with the front desk, they delay so much with my prescription refill, I almost always have to get temporary refills before the doctors approval comes in. They dont even have the option of doing virtual appointments or phone consultations and expect people to just come in if they want their prescription refilled promptly, which shouldnt be the case because how long does it take to get a prescription request approved when the doctor is present in the office!

Never went here before, saw Dr. Waseem within 15 minutes of walking in the door around 11:30 on a Tuesday (including paperwork and assistant getting my history) Very thorough and quick, I was hesitant before about this one from reading some reviews - but there's always a negativity bias for any medical place - so throwing mine down as a normal person - everyone at the clinic was great would not hesitate to see the team again.
