Received a gift card & experienced a wonderful, relaxing, facial w/ massage. Thank you so much Catherine! Custom facial with gentle products that all smelled amazing -perfect for my sensitive skin. This included a neck, hand & foot massage which really helped open my shoulders/neck loosen up. Bonus to my visit was finding the perfect plain t-shirt! Great quality & exactly what I had been looking for. Highly recommend you visit Poa to experience the joys of personalized shopping & spa treatments. I look forward to my next visit

First time at Poa Spa I had the Microderm Facial. Such a cozy space and Catherine is incredible. Hands down best facial and most relaxing experience I have had so far. Highly recommend.

This little shop and spa always provides a fantastic personalized experience. I have unique clothes, accessories and products I have purchased there up to 15 years ago that I still wear and use regularly- and still get compliments on! Update: Poa Studio is alive and well at the Parliament Street location! I had a life-saving RMT massage from Kalynn as soon as it was allowed and was very comfortable that all the appropriate social-distancing regulations were being followed. It was great to peruse the shop and pick up some cute summer clothing too. The shop and spa is open by appointment only right now, so you don't feel crowded.
