The place is clean, but the service can be very slow...even when it's not busy. Can't understand why...they need to do better, especially when a good percentage of their clients are hospital workers. 2023 update: Tried this location again, and the service is STILL super slow even not busy in the morning. Got give this place an even lower rating. No improvement whatsoever.

Most pathetic chicken sandwich I've ever had. Every bite I take is processed. I'm pretty sure this breaded minced chicken patty is the same product that comes from the no-name line at no frills that you can buy in bulk. The same one I had when I was a child that I swore to myself I would never eat again because it was so absolutely disgusting. Granted I haven't been here for a long time and ordered the spicy habanero chicken sandwich. It used to be a nice piece of chicken. Clearly those times are long gone and now they serve you a minced chicken sandwich. It's inedible in my opinion. I wish they would bring back the real chicken sandwich that they used to have. Unfortunately the chances of me ever coming back areslim to nil. So even if they did bring it back I would probably never know. I guess this is how they continue to lose customers by lowering their food quality and standards. Good luck A&W on finding new customers with this low quality product that you now offer. I understand that Justin Trudeau's inflation has been hard on all of us but serving layers of carbohydrates on top of layers of carbohydrates with no offer of protein is not a sustainable solution. I'll never order this again. So that should go to show you that you're heading in the wrong direction.
