        My senior mother went to pick up food for her and her sister who isn't well because my aunt had a craving for a fish fillet. I wasn't able to go because I was working and so it was her first time ordering mcdonald's in awhile. Apparently the cashier advised her it was some sort of "Mcdonald's day" on May 10th. My mom thought she was getting a deal, but didn't. The cashier failed to be transparent about charges and up sold her on things. Usually seniors are on a budget and I've worked in customer service for awhile and you can tell when someone needs genuine guidance, but seems like they took advantage of the situation to increase their sales. The fries were hard and stale not fresh and the milkshake was watery. Will not be visiting this location again. Also, needs better upkeep of cleaning and maintenance of the restaurant.
