        Had an appointment, even was called the night before to confirm, paid for parking, showed up on time, checked in, sat and waited 5 minutes to then be told the the person that was meant to see me isn't in, can I come back later. Just such disrespect of my time, if the tables had been reversed they would most likely have charged me for missing my appointment, but don't even have enough respect for my time to call ahead knowing the person I was meant to see isn't going to be there for the time I was meant to see them.

        Ive had a family doctor here for over 4 years now. Shes amazing and really has worked with me over the years. Reception can use more customer service training however they do the best they can. However I do feel my doctor is super amazing and it would be nice to see front of house meet that level of service. Otherwise good walk in for this area
