Im writing this on Christmas Eve. I am Currently on their roster as a patient and I just made my way up to the urgent care walk in (which was part of why I registered with the practice in the first place along with apparently offering evening appointments) and was told by the front desk receptionist that my pain was not urgent enough and they would not see me. I cant bare weight at all on my right foot and Im in agony. Do front desk people have medical degrees now? Between never being able to get an appointment and feeling rushed and dismissed when I do. Gold star patient treatment. Willing to alter my review if things are addressed and improve but otherwise its an honest account.

My doctor is only offering In-Person visits instead of video calls/phone calls and calling only gives you an automated voice message. No one answers the phone here. If you call, it only tells you do book online but I need something specific and need to talk to a real human. That is not available because they designed this clinic to be hard to reach by phone. Terrible, terrible way to run healthcare. Dropping this down to 2 stars. If you get an appointment, which is hard, the staff are curt and unsympathetic. There is no sincere care in their services anymore probably because of burnout.

This clinic makes me wonder why even bother to get a family doctor. I spoke to the doctor one time and there was no follow up on the test she ordered. I had to call the clinic to find she is on vacation (fine everyone needs that but like shouldn't another doctor be covering for her) then my doctor is only available after a month twice a week or something. Okay.. book the appointment then. Nope. they call on the day of the appointment to let me know she can't make it. So I book the appointment again 2-3 weeks later with the receptionist. They called me AGAIN To tell me she can't make it yet another time. This has been 3 months since the first appointment. What is the point of having a family doctor? The receptionist who called also has "what do you want me to do about it " attitude. Also their policy to change a family doctor is to talk to the first doctor first... Lol how? If she keeps cancelling? They definitely need to come up with something else to help the patients. Otherwise, don't bother coming here or be aware that you might never see a doctor.
