        I have been going to F45 The Junction for just over a year now. I am SO thankful for the trainers and the community of gym-goers there. I went from not working out at all to attending 5 days a week. I didn't think I was able to achieve the things I have in the gym but the team here and my love of the classes has made it possible. I love it here and I recommend it to literally all of my friends! :)
