I have been going here for more than 18 years, know there owner as paps and his wife as mama. The sons are lovely too very knowledgeable, kind, caring and always supportive. I moved jobs and miss passing by. Will take a day off and visit.

Been going to A1 Nutrition for few years now. It's a family owned business; Charlie and his wife always provide great suggestions. They suggested Goli apple cider vinegar gummies for my gut/heart health which I loved. Last year they suggested Attune Mushroom Superfoods. Which I have been using ever since as well. Love mixing the powder into my coffee and tea in the morning and lunch. Lions Mane Focus is my favorite, it really works as a mid-day pick me up when I'm at the office to get through the rest of the day. The location is kind of tucked away in The Path I think near a dry cleaner and dental office.Not your typical gym focused supplement store but has more variety of health foods. Great place and always recommend this health food and supplement store to my friends downtown.
