I purchased an Angel 5500 juicer from here in early 2022. They made me pay full price for the juicer ($2000+) and shipped me a used juicer, probably the floor model. It had fingerprints all over it, everything was thrown in a box together, rubber rings on the machine had rips in it, and they even forgot to include the power cable, so I couldnt use the juicer until they shipped it out. I called them and the older lady played dumb, telling me its a brand new unit and cant possibly be used. I spoke with someone else who agreed to refund me $200 and send me new plastic rings and a power cable. In hindsight, I should have just returned it and not given money to this inconsiderate business. Too bad theyre one of the only Angel supplier in Canada. Buy from somewhere else if you can.
