Goodness Me! Natural Food Market

As this is my local natural food and supplements store, for its size, they have definitely packed in almost everything you need. The selection and prices are excellent, the space is organized and there's a good amount of space to browse the aisles without feeling like you're in the way. The staff were very helpful and sweet. Andrei is extremely knowledgeable and has very strong customer relations. I am very happy with his advices. Thank you!

I called to see if they had a specific product in stock and when was transferred from customer service. They confirmed they have the product but when I asked for the price the lady said "I don't know because then I'll have to go check. Thank you. Bye" and hung up. What the hell ? Isn't this your job too get check when customers call for information? Terrible.

Had a horrific interaction with the cashier earlier today at this location. Upon entering with my friend and my service dog, I was rudely asked if my dog was my service animal, to which I responded with a yes and was yet again, asked in a very very brisk and condecending manner to present and ID card or have him vested - NEITHER OF WHICH ARE REQUIREMENTS IN ONTARIO. When I let him know that it was not a legal requirement, I was told 'yes it is' sharply and was then asked to leave LOL. I'm not entirely certain why individuals claim to know things about disabilities and the regulations around service animals when they clearly are not educated on the topic, not even a quick google search apparently. Do yourself a favour, don't go to this location. Note to this branch - please train, train and maybe retrain your staff on accessibility rights, inclusivity, verbiage and general manners especially when they're the first person to interact with customers as they're stationed at the cash counter. I've been to several Noah's locations and haven't had a negative experience in 4 years prior to this and although the proximity is ideal, the service is the farthest from.
