Stay away from this store and the doctor that attends here. Don't expect good people, ask for a receipt and if you have trouble, file a complaint with consumer protection, better business bureau or if it's the doctor, the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioners and Acupuncturists of Ontario. They over charged me $20 and refused to refund me. They told me not come to the store again. even after telling them I'll buy herbs with the extra money they took. As if.. this is Canada not some dirty street in china and there will be consequences from the reports I filed. As for the doctor, we decided not to use the herbs that were prescribed by the doctor. She did not check heartbeat, she didn't examine tongue color, she hardly looked at my father in the face and she wrote stuff down according to what we say. My father likes to pretend everything is always alright and it's the doctors reasonability to check the person. To my understanding, TCM diagnosis should include physical check up which she did NOT do. She also wanted to give my father acupuncture she was very insistent on that for no reason at all! Very unprofessional and didn't care about actually finding something wrong first to do treatment! As if she will do a treatment on anyone without a reason.

Don't go to this place if you want to do acupuncture or get some Chinese medicine. Watch out for an old lady called herself "a doctor".
