Problems with registering for discounts on items. Website and in store POS are on different systems so I need to register twice. Was very surprised when cashier was asking why I wanted information about disability discount as he could not see my disability. Not all disabilities are apparent. Mine are hidden under clothing. I only recently was able to walk without a cane but am still not fully functional.

I've purchased a few items at this store over the years. Never had a problem including today (Oct/11th., 2017.) Was in need of Essential Oils and looking for a diffuser among other items. The gentleman behind the counter was beyond friendly and helpful. Diffuser wise I bought a simple unit that uses tea candles for heat. Not a plug in. Works great for the small area I need it in. Candles not included. The store has three medium size rooms on three levels.
