I'm the biggest marriot fan you can find. This visit was riddled with bizarre and unique situations. The room was long and skinny. The only way to watch TV was in an unconforable chair and the tv not visible from bed at all. The heating system had no heat whatsoever, only A/C. After an engineer came, I had all heat and way to shut it off. The night was I unbearable. I ordered room service, and the food was mediocre, to say the least. The bacon was petrified, and the attitude I received from the attendant was the icing on the fiasco. I had specifically asked for extra ketchup upon ordering. When the food came, I mentioned it again. I was scolded and told, "Why didn't you say something when u ordered?" I said," Excuse me," but I did." The response was. "Yeah, ok" - he turned and left. There's more... getting up after eating the tv table, I used the glass, fell out with the edge jamming into my toes. No blood. But hurt like stink. In the end, I brought this all up (with pics) to the shift manager, who just looked at me and said. Thanks for bringing it to our attention. I didn't get an email with my bill, so a couple of days later, I looked on the marriot site and found I was charged fully for my stay. Even if they had paid for the meal. But nothing. As a gold elite, I would hate to think how they treat the lower level members. Sad for such an amazing location and hotel.

We booked the room with the view to watch the blue jays game with our kids. We decided to have a staycation and we had high expectations. The hotel itself is very nice and the staff were very friendly. We got to our room on the first floor and it was clean and basic. The view to the sky dome was not ok. After the Reno the view gets blocked a bit. The windows can no longer be opened which was a bummer for the kids. We ordered room service and the food was actually ok. After the game ended we all fell asleep and this is when everything took a turn for the worst. First I was woken by drunk people in the hallway at 12:30 making noise. Then the fan in our room kept making so much noise every 20 minutes or so it kept going on and off. And then the noises from staff cleaning the stadium with loud machines was pretty awful. We did not get a Good night sleep. For the amount you spend on this kind of room I would say its not worth it.
