        Tried to call and no human picked up the phone. I got a voicemail referring me to another number. The number was said only once, and so quickly that I couldn't get it, so I had to call back to re-listen. Called the number they said to call, and got noisy music blasting in my ear instead of an answer, then the call disconnected before any human answered me. Very disappointing and very unprofessional.

        My broker could not renew my insurance becuz i had cancelled durin covid. They don't understand this. And if you call directly, no one answer
