I was matched with Tanya as my adjustor, terrible experience overall. Impossible to get ahold of and the process took way longer than it should have. Do not get insurance from this place, stay far away.

Absolutely terrible. The account of hoops I had to jump through to cancel somebody off my policy (that I was harassed to include) was astonishing. When I moved cities, my insurance jumped from 160 to over 400 a month, I was told it was because of a different postal code. So I switched insurance's, when I moved back to my current city, my current insurance (Belair) actually dropped a couple bucks. Do not go with these people. Ever.

My car was a victim of fire spread during a house fire on Oct 24/22. Travelers was on the phone with me within hours of being notified of the loss and the agent was outstanding with me. She walked me through step by step of the process in replacing my car, even making sure I knew I had replacement coverage. (which I didn't know) I had the full value of replacing my car in my hand within 10 days and was driving my replacement car in 12 days. It was such a relief to have someone on my side through all the turmoil. I would recommend Travelers Insurance without hesitation.
