        My original branch had incredible staff but they closed down. Now I just use whichever CIBC is on my path but I've never encountered friendly staff again. They all give such attitude. When they stopped using tellers, I thought it was the way of the future, but now I'm more inclined to think that its bc the big guns got tired of complaints about their CSR's. I still have a chequing acct with them, but i deal mostly with Wealthsimple now. Getting totally into stocks and crypto.... cautiously.

        I am waiting since 2020 to get a simple document for my capital loss for taxes purposes, everytime they are asking me to wait or either they are cutting my calls after putting me on hold ... Very disappointed about the rude behavior of investors edge employees.
