Everything is great about them, low fees great return on investment, sound diversification. But you cannot get anyone to answer to you anymore, emails go weeks answered and no phone information is allowed. I was trying to set up extra accounts and no one was replying. What happens when you need your funds for something? You cannot wait months to see if someone replies to you.

Definately gone downhill. I would look to put your money elsewhere, as I am doing. Fees doubled this year, service is terrible, takes forever with many hurdles to get your money out, no customer service. I have waited 8 months to transfer my RRSP. Luckily it never happened, so I won't need to transfer it out!

I have been using Nest Wealth for 4 years. Up until recently, I have been very pleased with their service and repsonse time . In the last month, it is impossible to get anyone to respond. Requests are replied with only auto-responses that there may be delays to do high customer request. Phone appointment system is not working. Clearly they are understaffed to meet custmomer needs. I will move my accounts from from NestWealth. Not even the CEO Randy Cass replies

Wish Google allowed for zero stars. Terrible experience. I am clearing everything out here. As many have said here already the customer service is TERRIBLE and it consistently takes days to get a response. Then the response you get is from a new person and by the time you answer their questions (by email - no phone number) you wait days and a different person gets in touch. As others have said they cause many hurdles if you want to move your money out. I have accounts with Questrade and Nestwealth. In early August 2022 I began a request process to move $150000 from Nestwealth to Questrade (where I intended to go largely to cash in anticipation of the markets in September). I submitted four transfer requests between mid-August to mid-September and all four were "rejected due to insufficient funds". There was over $350000 in the account. I spent hours on this sending emails back and forth to Nestwealth and making calls to Questrade (which actually has a phone number) asking why. After the fourth rejection, after I got an actual person with a name, he said that National Bank (Nestwealth custodian) had asked Questrade for the funds several times and were always rejected(!!!) But the request was to withdraw money from Nestwealth and move it to Questrade (not the other way around). On Monday this week the rep at NW said he would personally call National Bank to straighten this out. Now is the end of week - markets closed on Friday afternoon. In the past five weeks I have lost thousands of dollars due to this incompetence. Since the first rejection on August 19, until today (September 23) I still don't have the money. And the money in the NW account in the meantime is down 8-9% over those five weeks. So on my $150000 request I am out about $13000. I am retired and I count on this money. I am also on blood pressure medication and 5 weeks of begging on emails, and after four separate rejected transfers out, my doctor will probably need to increase my dosage. If you have had any similar situations with Nestwealth, please get in touch and maybe we can put together a class action suit. And if you have not yet experienced Nestwealth PLEASE - whatever you do - protect your money and stay away from Nestwealth!

If I had the option to rate zero I would definitely do that. Having my RRSP account with Nest Wealth at Work was a terrible experience. My RRSP investment fund did not sit in my account due to issues at Nest Wealth. I almost lost my RRSP deadline for 2020. Nest Wealth has the worst customer service I've ever seen. They don't have a number to call and don't respond to any emails. Terrible customer service! You can not even schedule a call with them. Try to contact them and you would see what I mean. After 5 months of trying to communicate with them no one responded to my email. How can I have access to my investment if you claim to be a virtual organization but you don't answer to calls or emails? I don't have any option to transfer funds from my online account to any other organization. How can I access my investment then? THIS IS REALLY FRUSTRATING and after 5 months it is still not resolved. Terrible experience !!!!!
