I opened a Direct Investing Account almost 2 weeks ago, but I still don't have access to it yet. I called TD using the TD app (verified) and three times I was asked to call back using the TD app to virally myself (which I did). Then finally got through and had to go through all the verifying questions (even though I should've been already). Then talked with a supervisor about my concern, which he tried to help (but couldn't), then put on hold, where they hung up on me. So, now I have to go into the branch to close that account that I just opened, because I don't trust them anymore. You would think they would call me back, they know who I am and how to reach me.

I have been using TD direct investing (aka Water House) for the last 23 years and have always been happy with their services, but the quality of service has been going downhill in the last few years. I would have given 5 stars prior to 2019, but now I would give only 3 stars.
