        I used to have a pair of earrings that I bought from peoples. After several times the little diamonds falling out, I contacted Russ. Not only was he honest, but he took the time to explain every detail for every question i had with patience. At the end, Russ made a custom pair of earrings with better clarity diamonds for more than 25% cheaper than the non custom earrings i bought from peoples. I would highly recommend calling and speaking with Russ before your next purchase!
