This place is absolutely amazing! Family team who actually care about their clients. I am a repeat client at this point, and can't wait to come back. I brought in a chain that was extremely delicate and kept breaking -- they were able to repair it for me, but they warned me it would likely break again because of the nature of the chain. Low and behold, it did (in a different place than they had repaired), and they were able to sell me a new, better chain that is holding up much better, with the same appearance. I am so impressed with their kindness and efficiency -- the turnaround is very impressive!

Sally and her dad were so helpful when my fianc and I came in to have our wedding bands engraved. My fianc also wanted to resize his ring up but they advised against it because their expert opinion was that it fit perfectly and he would lose it if it was any larger. Quality honest service doesnt go unnoticed and I would trust them with my most important jewelry.

I wanted a signature necklace and popped into this little "jewel" and told them what I wanted and the process began. I was notified of the progress as the pendant took shape. It is exactly what I wanted and my experience could not have been any better. Seek them out. It is well worth it! Did I tell you that I LOVE my necklace?
