Excellent customer service, fast friendly and very knowledgeable. All sales persons are welcoming, not pushy and offer the best quality items within your budget so your happy and comfortable. I love this store. they can take my money anytime. Wonderful and unique selection of jewels as well.

We purchased 2 rings from here about 3 years ago, one for my husband and one for myself for our 10 year anniversary. The prices were reasonable but most importantly the customer service was amazing. Just recently, 2 small diamonds fell off from my side of my ring. Karens Jewelry did not even question it and replaced them free of charge. On top of that, they went above and beyond and shined some of my rings that I did not even purchase there! Hands down, I would recommend them 100% and will be purchasing here again in the future.
