I bought a wedding ring for my wife at this store and the owner seemed really nice and helpful to choose the right piece. My wife and I got married in January and she was using the ring since then. After 5 months of usage the ring just broke and she tried to contact the owner for some kind of support. She was texting him asking what could be done as its still in the warranty and the guy just ignore her texts. Then I called him regarding the situation and he just told me if you go to a car dealership, buy a car and hit it right after, theyre not gonna give you another one. I got so frustrated because I know its been tough times to all of us and even offered to buy anything from his store to help him out but he just refused to give me any sort of support as soon as the sale was done. Dont recommend to anyone!!

Worst customer service ever! I dont recommend this. They sell the product with fake warranty.

I bought 2 pendants and one broke and I contacted the seller that his name I think is Carlos and he said that I should look for any other jewelry store to do the repair. Fake warranty. I do not recommend this store to anyone!
