I took my grandmothers necklace in to have repurposed into two bracelets and the service was great! It was fast and Jim paid special attention to making the bracelets perfect. Will definitely go back for any further jewelry needs.

I left my Movado watch with Jim to get the battery replaced on April 5th. Originally Jim said it would be ready by April 8. It's now May 8 and he still has my watch or has lost it. He says it's "misplaced". Regardless I have been without my watch for over a month. I have called and made repeated visits to the store trying to get my watch back. Originally was told the part was out of stock. Then the watchmaker was away due to family issues. Now Jim says it's misplaced. Do not take an expensive watch for service here if you want to see it again. The offer was a replacement watch that is ordered online from who knows where and it would take to May 26 to receive it!! I bought my watch from Movado. Not good enough, Jim.

Great experience! Friendly, knowledgeable service. I brought a ring in to be sized, and was told it would take 2 to 3 days. I received a phone to pick it up a day and half later. Super quick, and a great job was done. Would highly recommend.

I went in today to have a ring cut from my finger that I had on for over 25 years. The ring had to come off and Jim cut it off for me and didnt even want to charge me for doing this service. Jim the owner is a great guy and customer service is his first priority thanks Jim I appreciate it and I look forward to buying from you in the future. Jim made me a custom diamond ring and he had it ready for pick up in 3 days what can I say its better than the photo I gave him to work with real amazing work Jim thanks. January 2nd update I took the ring in for an inspection and found out that all the stones were not all VS2 Si1 there was a few I1s in the mix I called up Jim and told him about it he said he wanted to fix it and make it right but I wasnt on board with that I suggested better due diligence on his part and for him to talk to his supplier of diamonds. I am disappointed with this fact that due diligence was not done on Jims part but whats done is done and should not be undone next time I am going to have something custom made I will think about it because you dont get what you pay for and are promised.
