Ive been a customer with Anice for many years, since their shop in Kensington Market. This place is more than just a jewelry store, it feels like home. Between visiting Ossington and PEC, I have so many wonderful memories with Anice. Who can say they have memories with a STORE?! Its wonderful to have developed such a personal connection with Britt (the owner) over the years. She is such a magical being who will truly make your experience unforgettable. Now, in terms of the jewelry. Everything is one of a kind and they stand behind their quality. My mother and I both consider their jewelry to be our essentials. We just cant live without it! We have purchase in store, attended events and have had custom on the spot. Its all AMAZING! I have so many positive experiences here and yesterday marks another of many more to come. I was originally so excited about this place. Went to their Prince Edward County location on a weekend away. Spent a while in the store and had a great interaction with their owner. I purchased a simple custom stamped gold necklace and it was put on me before I left. As soon as I got home I noticed the stamping did not match my request and was missing a numeral. I followed up and was told I would receive a replacement piece, to which I responded I was more than happy to have the original corrected. Since then crickets. I have followed up a few times with no answer. No replacement or correction has been provided and no response from this business.
