My initial experience with RDV a couple of years wasnt a positive one and I stopped going there for a while. A few months ago I decided to go back in and met Steve and we hit it off instantly - what a great guy. Within a few months of being in touch he was able to help me get a piece that I really wanted. Although not the most in-demand piece it was still something that is not easy to come by. Unfortunately Steve is no longer there but have recently connected with Anna and Danial and will hopefully maintain a relationship with them. Based on my experience so far with RDV, I think it can be positive or negative depending on who you work with there started off not great but has been very good in the last few months, hence the 4-star rating.

Finally picked up my Air-King yesterday and Anna was an amazing AD rep. I felt like part of the family. So happy with my Rolex after a 29 month's wait. Definitely worth the wait. I want to thank Anna and appreciate her really delivering.

Be aware that this Rolex AD take advantage of Rolex to sell their own stuff. After waiting for 2.5 years, their supervisor called me and straight up told me that I never get a popular Rolex if I dont shop with them and buy other stuff. I asked for his name 3 times but he even refused to tell me his name! Im doing whatever it takes to send a copy of that conversation to Rolex headquarters.
