I had an amazing shopping experience at Couple diamonds. I was looking online for diamond stud earrings for my wife and came across Couple. After a quick phone consultation with Dave, I felt comfortable and assured that I was getting good quality diamonds from a company that supports their product with a 60 day return policy. I had hoped to get them prior to our anniversary and Dave went above and beyond to get them for me in under 3 weeks. Highly recommend this company. Thanks Dave!

I got an anniversary ring from couple and was beyond happy with it! Dave and Chelsea were so helpful in finding the right stone for me and were so quick to reply with any questions or considerations I wanted to talk to them about. They were super accommodating of our schedule and the ring itself is stunning. The stone, setting and design were everything I had hoped for and more I could not have had a better experience with them!

I'd like to thank Dave and their team for providing such an amazing experience in helping search for an engagement ring. They walked me through the process so easily and rendered a ring better than what was pictured! The pricing was so reasonable compared to other vendors and even allowed me to step up to an even nicer stone that I initially thought I could afford. A+. Look no further..

If you are planing to come here, make sure you have an appointment, I was fooled by their false ad saying they take walk in clients till 6pm, I drove 30 minutes only to find out they dont serve walk in clients because the staff was booked. There is only one staff in the store, and he ignored me for 10 minutes then told me hes serving the person making the last appointment and theres no other staff to talk to me, then suggested I go online make an appointment and come back. If you dont take walk in clients, then dont put it on your google and website ad! If you dont take walk in clients because theres a short of staff, then hire more staff! This is a really unpleasant experience and a complete waste of time.
