        Stepping over egos and misguided entitlement. The lawyers give little regard for their support staff. They do not consider loyalty and hard work. HR Dept. definitely do not have consideration for internal issues to be resolved. Hardly surprising many lawyers and staff have chosen to leave.

        I have had the displeasure of being represented by John Birch of Cassels as a unit holder of a bankrupt condo developer. John Birch is the epitome of the stereotypical lawyer: sleazy, rude, and arrogant. Do not give this firm your business! Ill save you the Google search and let you know that the Ontario Superior Court judge has fined this firm 45 million dollars for: breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, and professional negligence.
