        The LCD panel on my Palette 3 Pro failed. I sent email to Jonny Yeu on Sunday and received response Monday morning. After confirming the failure Mosaic shipped me a new panel that day and it arrived on Wednesday. Cant ask for better support than that! Great job Jonny and thank you Mosaic.

        Mosaic products allow me to design and complete 3d print projects that would otherwise be impossible without their tools bringing my vision to reality.         Only got a mosaic pallete 2 pro 1 week ago, but the amount of support I have received already is beyond belief, they have been amazingly helpful and supportive, would definetley recommend getting a mosaic to anyone interested in multi colour printing
