        We had a lovely experience at Hand & Stone Massage during the facials I had booked for my Mom and I today. Eman and Shanika did a great job and I will return soon. The only disappointment was the receptionist, who wasnt welcoming at all and was borderline rude and unfriendly.

        April 25th; Appointment was at 9am, doors didnt open until 9:10am and then massage therapist didnt show up to work. Much better places in the neighbourhood that value customers time, if I canceled on them I would owe for the cost of the massage!

        Excellent service, very friendly staff! I came in for a facial and could tell the esthetician was experienced and knew how to handle my skin's needs without much guidance. She spent the extra time to provide some add-on services to address some skin concerns. Highly recommend! Looking forward to having a massage there as well.
