Adam is extremely knowledgeable about how to help his clients. He is a great therapist but he also takes the time to educate you about your body and gives you exercises and stretches to maintain and help yourself which in my case helped with pain management and discomfort. I find his treatments very effective especially when you are diligent and follow his guidance for self care. Highly recommend and have done so to family and friends.

Adam is a truly special body-worker, kind and secure with knowledgeable strong hands. I came to Adam out of my interest in Structural Integration and an intuition that this type of bodywork that sees the system as a whole and connected would be the right route for me. My symptoms and scenario were a bit of a puzzle and a long standing pattern which by the time I saw Adam were quite heightened. I had been having spasms or contractions throughout my hip flexor, psoas regions involving my thighs, pelvis, glutes, QL, and lumbar region. Given the definite psychosomatic and emotional aspect in what was going on with my body, Adams kindness and healing presence was immensely valuable and integral. From our very first chat, he expressed genuine and open interest in what I was experiencing in my body with such positivity and care. I felt a part of every step of the journey in discovering what was going on with my body. It was true detective work; Adam would always ask me questions and check in to gather information, undertaking the sleuth work of seeing how my body would react to certain manipulation and touch, seeing what and how my body was responding as clues to what my body needed and what it was trying to say. His wide breadth of somatic knowledge and skilled technique were evident in my time with Adam. Adam was great about keeping me in the loop by explaining how the different muscle groups were acting together and what might be going on. He also gave me tailored at home exercises and stretches after each session to see how my body would react and use that information as a clue of where to focus the attention next. Given the seemingly strange symptoms and sensitivity in my body, Adam made me feel so safe in exploring and figuring out what the triggers were, how my body would react given certain touch. I have to say I found our sessions fun amidst the mystery of my spasms. I found myself laughing which my nervous system and body were grateful for :). There was a noticeable reduction in my sensitivity and the spasms/contractions had drastically reduced by our second to last session, and I had only signed up for the ATSI 4 series! I was also having shoulder pain and reduced mobility there which we were able to tackle in the last bit of our time together as an extra bonus. I am happy to say that my shoulder is now feeling great! Thanks Adam

I recently completed the Anatomy Trains Structural Integration 12 series with Adam. I am so happy that I did this! Adam was able to pinpoint areas that needed attention from tight muscles to posture issues. He is so knowledgeable and skilled at what he does, that I felt better and saw results after every session! He also took the time to provide me with many valuable personalized stretches and exercises that I could do at home. I am continuing to see Adam for TMJ and tennis elbow issues and I am so pleased with the results! The kind of work Adam does is unique and I am thrilled that my body aches and posture issues have greatly improved. Thank You Adam !!
