Uptown Health Centre

If I could give zero stars to this office I would.. Docs make u wait about an hour each appointment phone or in person... doc only worked at the office one day a week. My doc himself was not knowledgeable... I was coming off a strong med and the doc set me up for complete failure for not knowing his stuff. Insanity. Don't go to this clinic if you can help it

Too difficult to make an appointment. Two years ago this place used to be open Monday to Thursday, but now they close on Thursday and Tuesday afternoon as well. It's too difficult to make a timely appointment. In the recent two visits I need to wait for 2 weeks before an appointment slot is open.

Really bad treatment to patients, went for the first time and doctor was rushing us though the door repeating they were short staffed to make it quick, what kind of place is this

This clinic is often not open during the h, Wednesday ours which it claims to be. For example today Wednesday, September at 1:30 PM the Uptown Health Centre is closed with no one answering the phones and no way to leave a message for call back.

Ridiculous. One doctor in the clinic, he has been away for a month with no one to cover his patients and he requires all refills of prescriptions to have an appointment before refill. So I cant get access to birth control and have to find another doctor to prescribe me. Absolutely negligent care.
