The some of the receptionists is not very patient and supportiveI am very grateful for my physician, but it is always a pain to get connected with the receptionist. Either never getting through, or left a message but got reply after you need it. Today I am feeling very bad and could hardly talk properly, and I can clearly feel the lady on the line felt annoyed because I have to ask her to repeat some questions. It really upsets me. Hope the there would be more sufficient stuff for receptionist team

I've previously posted a 5 star review and stand behind that still for the level of care the MDs provide is outstanding..... That said, there is one receptionist (sounds Asian) that is exceptionally toxically rude plus can't speak or understand English. As you can see In many of the other reviews she is condescending, verbally abusive and and a complete juxtaposition to the others that work at reception. @Management if you're reading the reviews it's time to take action and replace this toxic individual with someone who has empathy and passion for the practice.

Its been awhile since i posted about how good this clinic is. When you have an urgent need they can accommodate and find a spot for you. My Dr is fantastic. She is great at explaining stuff to me and really helps me keep on top of ongoing issues I have to monitor with scans etc. The admin staff are amazing and are always so patient on the phone which is much appreciated. Best doctors office I've experienced in my fairly long life.
