During and after the pandemic, trying to get stable, reliable, dependable treatment from my previous clinic was almost impossible. I work full time with my condition, so dependable treatment is an absolute must have! Instead of being seen every 3 months as directed by my doctor... my appointments would vary wildly from 6 months to 4 months to 5.5 months. I wouldn't even get a phone call...just an email and a sorry about your luck, just suffer in agony until we can fit you in....honestly...it was the worst 3 years of my entire life! Finally I was fed up and after switching to the Afiya Pain Clinic, I can truly say that I have felt better than I ever have with my previous clinic. Dr. Siva and Dr. Pirani have escalated my treatment with new procedures and more stable, dependable appointment scheduling (all while still continuing with my current treatment plan). I leave each appointment with my next appointment already scheduled and I can't say what a relief it is not have to "wonder" about the next time they can "Fit Me In". As well, all of the support staff who work there are awesome! from the booking desk, to the nurses, to the pharmacist, everyone is very friendly, professional and accommodating. There is a pharmacy on site, so any prescriptions can be filled directly at the time of the appointment and conveniently billed directly to my benefit plan without any out of pocket cost to me. Honestly I couldn't even imagine a better place to get treatment, they truly care about their patients and I would give a 10 star review if I could!

Dr. Pirani has become the most important aspect of my moms recovery and we have never been more grateful. For a better part of her life, my mom has experienced severe pain in her spine and knees. We went to several specialists to help treat her pain but none were ever effective until we came to see Dr. Pirani. Not only was he knowledgeable in his field, he was so incredibly compassionate towards her and made sure she was comfortable and cared for as this pain had been physically and emotionally damaging. One of the most important aspects to us was his ability to accurately diagnose and treat my moms pain. He was able to identity the root cause of her pain (which no one else had been able to do before) and develop an effective treatment plan to address it. This is a testament to his knowledge and experience in the field of pain management. He has significantly improved my moms quality of life and I highly recommend if not, encourage others to come and see him to those struggling with chronic pain.
