I visited because I injured my lower back at the gym. During my visit the area in pain was never looked at, touched nor was I even questioned about the pain in any way to determine what might be the underlying issue. The osteopath held my lower leg for 15 mins, then put one arm under my back and the other hand under my knee. Told me that shes making adjustments but its so delicate and minute that it was beneath the threshold of my ability to perceive what was happening. It was like being at a faith healer. I left just as twist and in pain as I entered without a clue as to what was wrong with my back, be it muscular, a disk problem or otherwise and was charged $180. I do not recommend. Id give 0 stars if I could.

Ive been working with Erica for over a couple months now and Ive seen incredible progress. I noticed a huge difference after my first session, and it keeps getting better. I would highly recommend Erica and Christie Integrated Health to anyone!!

If you are looking for support to heal body and mind I highly recommend CIHC. Since becoming a client in June/2022 my quality of life has been profoundly changed for the better. Both Erica Pearson (osteopath) and Lisa Palmer (psychotherapist) are incredibly skilled, kind and compassionate practitioners. I am forever grateful to have found this clinic.
