Ive just had my second yearly assessment at Regen, and I have a great experience every time. Their client service is first class, at each station they have highly qualified personnel which can explain what theyre doing and answer any questions you may have. Dr. Bekeris is top notch. They have a very warm environment and a great facility, you feel welcomed and never rushed. In the same day I already had my follow-up exams scheduled. Great service and quality care.

This company charged me $3,500 for lyme treatment when they don't have any lyme literate doctors on staff, and will not provide me with a refund. As well, they charged me an additional $500+ in fees for medical testing that they then cancelled the processing of, but again refuse to refund. I know many other patients that this has happened to as well.

They cancelled my appointment via text message 2 hours before I was supposed to come in. The text said they would immediately try to reschedule but I didnt hear from them. I called and spoke to two different people trying to reschedule and they said they would have to call me later, as if rescheduling is a complicated task. I called again, left a message and didnt hear back even though theyre supposed to respond within 24 hours according to their voicemail. I thought this was supposed to be executive medical services but they dont seem to have any idea what theyre doing.

Where do I even begin. I have been seeing Dr. Andra Campitelli for years - and she is by far the best naturopath I have ever seen. She is not only brilliant, she is kind, empathetic and evidence-based. She sees medicine from a different lens, she mirrors conventional and integrative/functional medicine beautifully - seeing the value in both. She has been my rock and honestly one of the only people I can truly trust with the information they provide - knowing it will actually make a difference and work - especially during my postpartum period. As a fellow clinician, she embodies all that you would want in your doctor - from constantly expanding her knowledge and staying up to date with the most recent information to actively listening and working with you to find the best plan of care. If you're working with Dr. C consider yourself truly blessed to be under her care. The new regen scientific is absolutely beautiful and state of the art!
