Bathurst Street Foot & Ankle Clinic

I first met Dr. Chance at the Etobicoke Hospital Fracture Clinic. He took amazing care of my mom's foot after toe amputation. He is very skilled and knowledgeable and gives amazing advice. He is truly the expert in his field. Because I dont trust anyone else to care for my mom, I'm hoping to reach out to him soon for custom orthotics for her. I had lost his number and was supposed to do this last year.

We got referred by our family doctor to see Dr Chance regarding my mom's arthritis. We were a bit skeptical since it seemed like nothing can be done with my mother's arthritis. But Dr. Chance Ng was great, we follow his recommendations and got significant improvement to a point that she doesn't need to use painkillers anymore. Overall Dr. Chance is a very pleasant person on top of being a knowledgeable doctor, we would highly recommend giving this clinic a chance if you have ancle problem. Also what important he doesn't try to upsell you unnecessary and expensive stuff. Thank you Bathurst Street Foot& Ankle clinic!

Every clinic I've been to for my foot issues has basically been about giving me (custom) orthotics and showing me the door. And I'd been generally satisfied with that approach. When my plantar-fasciitis related issues popped up again, I visited Dr. Ng for the first time. I expected him to sell me orthotics but instead he/we made a plan to slowly move me away from orthotic inserts to nothing at all. Wonderful! Here's a person who really cares about the work he's doing, treating people well, and letting word-of-mouth fill his wallet rather than selling orthotics. THANK YOU!!!
